Masar Build Infra undertakes custom infrastructure projects, which involve resource allocation and planning. While we prioritize transparency, certain services may not be refundable due to their project-based nature.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to masarbuildinfra@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of order confirmation or agreement signing. Requests are subject to project status and resource commitment.

Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• Cancellation is approved within the eligible timeframe.
  
  
• No physical execution or procurement has started.
  
  
• No government fees or third-party disbursements have been made.
  
  

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect.

Non-Refundable Components

• Design, consultation, or documentation services
  
  
• Government fees or third-party vendor payments
  
  
• Custom procurement and site planning charges
  
  

Disputes

For payment disputes, please write to us at masarbuildinfra@gmail.com. If unresolved, you may escalate to Razorpay’s grievance redressal system.
